Our personal training services begin with an assessment phone call. Then you'll schedule a time to take a few easy tests. These tests are meant to determine your baseline abilities. You'll be asked to:
- Perform a variety of motions that mimic lifting forms
- Ride a stationary bike for 10 minutes
- Execute a number of reps on a rowing machine
