“This place is the best. It doesn’t feel like your under pressure to keep up, just do your best. The classes have a more intimate feel with a coach helping you along the way. Everyone is friendly and there is always some wiggle room for a busy schedule. I love the fact that they make an effort to know you and offer time in between to catch your breath. This is the first gym I been to in years that made me feel good about my journey. Five stars across the board”

“Very good place to start a workout journey all the staff are friendly as well as the other people in the group sessions you don’t feel judged at all when working out and everyone pushes each other to keep getting at it. The only complaint for me personally is just the price I can’t afford it. But I still give 5 stars because overall this place is amazing and glad I’ve worked out here. Hopefully going to go back soon.”
